Privacy policy
This policy explains what data I receive through elenakirsanova.com, why, and how I handle it. It follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who processes the data
Elena Kirsanova, psychologist. For questions about your data, use the contacts on the Book page.
What data I receive
- your name, phone number, messenger username or email, as entered in the request form or sent to me directly;
- the service you chose and a short description of your request, if you added one.
The site uses no tracking cookies, no advertising or analytics tools, and collects no data about your visits.
Why
Only to contact you, arrange a session and provide it. Your data is not used for newsletters and is not shared with third parties for their own purposes.
Legal basis
Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the box in the form, and steps taken at your request before providing a service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Who else may see the data
- the Formspree form service, which forwards requests to my email (if the form is enabled);
- messengers (Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber) if you contact me through them, under their own terms.
How long it is kept
Requests that do not lead to a session are deleted within 6 months. Client data is kept while we work together and no longer than the law requires.
Confidentiality of sessions
Everything you share in sessions stays confidential. Exceptions apply only where the law expressly requires them, for example a threat to life.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restrict processing, or withdraw consent at any time by writing to me. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP, cpdp.bg).
